Age 93, passed away Saturday, November 28, 2015. She was born in Essen, Germany on June 25, 1922, to August Philipp and Emile Ehlert. She was the last surviving of 8 siblings and was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Erwin Hahn (deceased in 1/5/2002). Frieda is survived by her nephews, Gary Philipp of California and Glenn Philipp of Michigan and several nieces and nephews all of whom live in Germany. Frieda loved to travel the U.S. and go camping with her husband. She was a homemaker most of her life and also a member of the Meadowlark Senior Center and loved to sing "Let the Sunshine In".
