Gabriel G. Maestas

Maestas- Gabriel G.,77, left us on the wings of his angel on Sunday, January 3, 2010 surrounded by his family. Gabriel is survived by his wife of 59 years, Vickie, daughter Loretta M. Chavez and husband Chester, son Rick Maestas and wife Mary; his very special grandchildren who he loved more than life itself-Clara Amber, Gabriel Oliver and Cameron Abraham; his dearest sisters Nestora Saiz and Mildred Marquez; and numerous nieces and nephews. Gabby was a life-long resident of Albuquerque and retired from the Coca Cola Dr. Pepper Bottling Company of Albuquerque after 42 dedicated years of service. The family extends their gratitude and sincere appreciation to Dr. P. Lorraine Sanchez and the staff members of the Hematology Oncology Associates, P.C.; to all the doctors, nurses, technicians and staff at Presbyterian Hospital, first floor Oncology unit; Presbyterian Home Health Care RN David Kubica, Presbyterian Hospice RN Kristina Waddle and extended Hospice Home Care Providers.
