George Quintana Sr.

QUINTANA- George Quintana, Sr., 66, of Santa Fe, NM went to be with the Lord on January 20, 2011. He is survived by his loving family, Grace Quintana of Santa Fe; daughter and son-in-law, Yvonne and Gene Romero of Pecos; son and daughter-in-law, George Jr. and Patricia Quintana of Rio Rancho; brother, Lee Quintana and wife Jackie of Hernandez; sisters, JoAnn Rael of Albuquerque, Marie Martinez and husband Joseph of Alcalde, and Gloria Woodson and husband Bruce of Santa Fe; grandchildren, Dominick Baca, Timmy Baca, Dean Romero, Gene Romero, Ashly Quintana, and Derrick Quintana. He was preceded in death by his brother, David Quintana; nephew, Lee Quintana Jr.; brother-in-law, Lupe Rael. He was born October 12, 1944, in Leadville, CO, the son of late Nelson and Emilia Quintana. Honorary Pallbearers will be Antonio Rael, Gabriel Quintana, Phillip Benevidez Sr., Phillip Benevidez Jr., Pedro Archuleta, and Larry Chavez. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 27, 2011, at Living Word Church, Unser Boulevard and 17th Avenue NE, Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
