MAJOR INTERESTS

Family, friends, and her religious faith (Catholic) were the center of Georgia’s world. Her main focus was caring for her children and grandchildren. She was outgoing and relished enjoying time with loved ones. She had many friends and was very close to several of them. She bravely fought breast cancer on two separate occasions. She kept a positive attitude and courageously applied herself to deal with adversity. Her faith in God “never failed” her, she often said. “Compassionate” is the one word that most accurately describes the way Georgia was.
