Geraldine Campbell

Geraldine (Gerri) Campbell, age 57, went peacefully home to her eternal rest on January 21, 2019.  Gerri was born April 30, 1961, in Espanola, NM.  She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Chris Campbell; their children, Chris Campbell (Esther), Julio Navarro (Emily); eight grandchildren; brother, John Gutierrez; sister, Evelyn DeCosta (Dwayne); brothers and sister-in-law, Richard, Greg, Michael and Lori and their families; numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father, Adrian Gutierrez; her mother, Dorothy Gutierrez; her brother, Danny Gutierrez, and her sister, Christine Buckler.

Gerri graduated from Eldorado high School and received an Early Childhood Degree from New Mexico Highlands University.  Gerri will be remembered as a very generous person who loved cooking, shopping and traveling.  During her lengthy illness, she enjoyed being surrounded by her family, nieces and nephews. Her faith in God never faltered.  

Tribute from husband Chris:  Gerri was a mother to all.  She fought the good fight.  To My Everlasting Love - She was the Jewel of my Nile.  

Memorial service will be held at Daniels ~ Wyoming Chapel on Thursday, January 31, 2019, at 4:00 p.m.  Reception will follow.
