He was born on October 28, 1963 to Jose Emiliano Nunez and Miguela Cabrera Nunez in Durango, Mexico. Gerardo lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Gerardo is survived by two daughters, Griselda Nunez and Yesenia Jimenez, daughter-in-law, Veronica Nunez; two sisters, Angela Jimenez and Margaret Nunez.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday, January 24, 2020 at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 1100 Coal Av SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020, at the San Jose Parish, 2401 Broadway Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM.
Burial will take place at the Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM.
