Gertrude Ramirez

Ramirez, Gertrude "Trudy" Age 76, a life long resident of Albuquerque, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2014. She was born in Albuquerque on August, 2nd, 1937 to Paul and Vera Montano. She graduated from Albuquerque High School. Trudy loved spending time with and taking care of her family. After working for many years Trudy retired from Bank of America. As for hobbies enjoyed spending time not only at the casino but with her precious granddaughters. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Viola Montano, niece Melissa Armijo Farrell, and nephew Ralph Salter. Gertrude is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Ramirez, daughter Monica Caristo, and her husband Domenic, granddaughters, Madeline Caristo and Marlo Caristo, sister Diana Salter and her husband John Salter, and brother John Montano. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and dear friends. Service will be held on Friday, May 23, 2014 at 11:00 A.M at Daniels Family Funeral Services Coal Chapel. After the funeral reception, interment will take place at Mount Calvary Cemetery at 1:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers donations may be given in Gertrude's honor to Susan B.
