Gilbert A. Garcia, Jr.

Gilbert A. Garcia, Jr., age 30, beloved husband, father, son, and brother, passed away as a result of an auto accident, Tuesday, February 25, 2014. He was born in Albuquerque, and was a resident of Los Lunas,NM. Gilbert was a member of the Plumber's Union. Gilbert is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Joanna Garcia; his precious children, Gilbert A. III, Alyssa, Julianna, and Emma Garcia; his loving parents, Gilbert A. Sr. and Diana Garcia; sisters, Elsie and husband Patrick Garcia and Emily Garcia; father and mother-in-law, Jose and Jeanette Pacheco; sister-in-laws, Bernadette, Valerie and Latoya; nephews, Patrick, Marcus, Daniel, and Dominic; nieces, Ashley and Temperance; great niece, Arissa; and other numerous relatives and friends. Gilbert will be greatly missed by his loving family and by those whose hearts he touched. Family and friends may visit Monday, March 3, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at our Garcia Mortuary location - Chapel of the Angels, on 8th and Iron SW, where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Legacy East Church, 4701 Wyoming Blvd., NE. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Casket Bearers will be Patrick Garcia, Phillip Muniz, Orlando Griego, Angelo Sena, Gilbert Sanchez, and Eliseo Martinez-Moore.
