Gilbert Lovato, 38, of Albuquerque, NM passed away on January 7, 2017. He was born January 18, 1978 to Gilbert and Mary Ellen Lovato in Albuquerque, NM. Gilbert is survived by his mother, Mary Ellen Lovato; Grandmother Dolores Lovato; his daughter Reyna; his two sisters, Ericha and husband, Eric Sr., Felicia and husband, Abel; three nieces Pavi-elle, Angel and Alixiaundria; two nephews, Steven and Eric Jr.; Gilbert had several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Gilbert was preceded in death by his father, Gilbert Lovato Sr. and grandparent Mr. and Mrs. Fernando Lucero. We will be having a funeral at San Felipe de Neri Church in old town 2005 North Plaza NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104, starting at 9:30am, Friday, January 20, 2017 with Rosary to follow. After the services we will be having a family gathering at Duranes church 2110 Los Lucero’s N.W. (North on Rio Grande Blvd. for 1 mile, west on Zickert, 1 block north of Indian school Rd. North on Los Lucero’s Rd, North on Los Lucero’s). The hall at Duranes church will be open at 8:30am for anyone bringing food.
