Gladys E. Read

READ- Gladys E. Read, 102, a resident of Rio Rancho, NM for over 35 years passed away February 5, 2011. She is survived by her children, Arianna Frakes of Rio Rancho, NM, David Read and wife Judy Rochat of San Pedro, CA; grandchildren, Calvin Rochat-Read, Wendy Read, Jerry Victor Hall; great-grandchildren, Dylan Hall and Arianna Hall. She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Read and her parents. Gladys was a long-time member of Christian Community Church and was also very proud of being an AARP member. Her spare time was filled with teaching Sunday school and Bible Studies. She was an avid reader and liked to sew. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, February 10, 2011, Daniels Family Funeral Services, Sara Road Chapel and Meadowlark Lane, Rio Rancho, NM. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the American Bible Society, P.O. Box 96812, Washington, DC 20090-681, 866-895-4448.
