Smith, Glenn Richard is 59, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2020 in Albuquerque, NM. He was born in Red Bank, NJ on October 30, 1960 to Richard Stanley and Mary Leola (Gaffney) Smith. Glenn loved to listen to music, play his guitar and travel. He also liked to work with his hands fabricating custom machinery, rebuilding cars and woodworking.
He graduated Middletown HS North, Middletown, NJ in 1979 and attended DeVry University in North Brunswick, NJ. His most recent employment was at Array Technologies as a Maintenance Mechanic. Prior to Array, he worked for many years at RLS Enterprises in Branchburg, NJ as a Fabricator/Programmer.
He was preceded in death by his father Richard Stanley Smith.
Glenn is survived by his wife Sheila Smith of Moriarty, NM (also born in Red Bank, NJ) mother Mary Smith of Belford, NJ, sister Bonnie (John) Mullen of Manchester, NJ, sister Wendy Wilson, step-daughters Shannon Crouch, Krystal Blea, Amanda Crouch, four grandchildren of Albuquerque, NM and his cat Vlad (The Impaler.)
A Celebration of Life will be held in late Spring or early Summer with details to follow.
