Gregorio M. Chavez

Chavez, Gregorio M. Age 67, beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother, was embraced by the Lord and taken to his heavenly home, Saturday, March 10, 2012. He was born in Belen, NM, and was a resident of Albuquerque, NM. Gregorio enjoyed watching western movies, wrestling, and riding in his truck. He was preceded in death by his parents; and numerous brothers and sisters. Gregorio is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Cathy Chavez; his wonderful children, Filbert and wife Katrina, Elfiego and wife Teresa; his precious grandchildren, Greggy, Deliah, Bella, Jesus, Faith, Harmony Romeo; mother-in-law, Ruby Ortega; sister-in-law, Cleo and husband Russ; brother-in-laws, Michael and wife Cheryl, Abel and wife Gloria, Eloy and wife Sadie, Lawrence, Chuck Thomas and wife Mabel; brothers, Sonny, Bobby, and John; sisters, Dolores Avila, Alice Chavez, Rosemarie and Ed, Anne; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Gregorio will be greatly missed by all. A rosary will be recited Friday, March 16, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services - Alameda Mortuary, 9420 Fourth Street NW. Inurnment will be Saturday, March 17, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Park. Gregorio's care has been entrusted to:
