Gregory A. Franklin

FRANKLIN- Gregory Alexander Franklin, 20, passed away March 9, 2011. He is survived by his father, Mark Franklin and wife Diane of Rio Rancho, NM; mother, Celeste Beck of Albuquerque, NM; siblings, Aaron Franklin, Gabe Franklin, Adam Franklin, Simeon Franklin, all of Rio Rancho, NM, Megan Lindstrom and husband Aaron of Albuquerque, NM, Stacey DeMarey of Rio Rancho, NM; grandparents, Joseph “Bob” Franklin, Doris Ann Franklin, Joan Beck; numerous cousins and was completely in love with his niece Madison Marie Franklin. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Rose Jaworski. Gregory was a graduate of Rio Rancho High School in 2010. He was a very athletic individual and participated in all types of sports including, basketball, baseball, golf, track, snowboarding and water sports. He was a Dallas Cowboy fan and his favorite basketball player was LeBron James. His life’s ambition was to join the FBI. He was a perfectionist, meticulous and funny and loved to make people laugh. A Rosary will be recited at 10:00 AM, Saturday, March 12, 2011 at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 1502 Sara Road SE, Rio Rancho, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM. Interment will take place immediately following services at Vista Verde Memorial Park, 4310 Sara Rd SE, Rio Rancho.
