Gwendolyn Brewer

BREWER- Gwendolyn Brewer, age 88, beloved and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, entered into Eternal Rest, Tuesday, March 24, 2009. Mrs. Brewer was born on March 22, 1921 in West, Texas and was a resident of Albuquerque. During World War II she was a Rosie The Riveter. She was also a member of the Moose Lodge. Mrs. Brewer worked for Wal-Mart up to the age of 84. She was the best cook in the world; she enjoyed gardening, spending time with her family who she loved so much, and going to the Casino. Mrs. Brewer is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Nathaniel D. Brewer; her wonderful daughters, Linda Tiley, Jackie Smith and husband Lawrence, Toni Pifer and husband Mark, Laurie Maestas and husband Rudy; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many extended family members and friends. Gwendolyn will be greatly missed by all. Casket Bearers will be Michael Tiley, Rick Chavez, Pat Linebarger, Gabriel Garcia, Micah Pierson, and Aron Smith. Funeral Services are entrusted to:
