Harold Dean Butts

Harold Dean Butts, age 89, passed away on September 26, 2021. He was born on December 20, 1931 in Barstow, Oklahoma. He is survived by his wife, Vera, of 67 years. He is also survived by his daughter, Carol, and his nephews, Gary and Fred  Butts. 

Dean was in the US Coast Guards; while serving he met his wife, Vera, in Grand Junction, Colorado. He spent most of his career with Tektronix, Inc. Dean and Vera retired in Albuquerque in 1998. He was an avid reader and passionate follower of political and world-wide events. 

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 23rd at 2:00 pm at Carter Hall in La Vida Llena, 10501 Lagrima de Oro NE, Albuquerque NM, 87111.
