Helen M. Jones

Passed away on January 7, 2018. She was born on October 28, 1923 in Duluth, Minnesota.  She is survived by nieces, Carol Beck of Huntington Beach California, Barbara Arlander and husband David of Rochester, Minnesota; nephew, Steven Bjorndahl and wife Barbara of Maynard, Minnesota; along with many friends, including special friends Gerri and Larry Sjoberg. She Will be missed by her many friends and thanks God for her many blessings.  She worked for many years for the US Government in Washington DC and in the Azores and tour of duty in Germany. In 1948 she was in Nuremberg, Germany and worked at the Palace of Justice during the war crimes trials.  When she came to Albuquerque she worked at Sandia Base.  She was a member of Immanuel Presbyterian Church, and the Church Women's group.  She was also a long time member of Bible Study group taught by Shirley Miller. No memorial service is planned per her request.
