Helen Lucero

Lucero, Helen Rose Age 64, was welcomed into the arms of our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 11, 2014. She was born in Tijeras, NM on July 19, 1949, to Atanacio and Mary (Archibeque) Griego. Helen is survived by her husband of 44 years, Robert Lucero, of Albuquerque, NM; children, Melissa Drake and husband, Samuel, of Rio Rancho, NM, and Leonard Lucero and partner, Alice Hood, of Albuquerque, NM; three grandchildren, Evan, Austin, and Brian Drake of Rio Rancho, NM; parents, Atanacio and Mary Griego of Albuquerque, NM. The Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church , 4020 Lomas Blvd NE, Albuquerque. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 18, 2014, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church , 4020 Lomas Blvd NE, Albuquerque. In lieu of flowers donations may be given in Helen's honor to the New Mexico Cancer Center Foundation, 4901 Lang Avenue NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
