Henry Hank" B." Knight

KNIGHT - Henry "Hank" B. Knight, born March 27, 1919, in Ebarb, Louisiana, passed away on November 8, 2009. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Letha Knight; son, Wayne; daughters Deborah and Beverly; brother Gene; Niel Pezzillo, son-in-law; grandsons, Brian and David Pezzillo; great grand-daughter Caty Pezzillo. Henry was preceded in death by his eldest daughter Patricia Pezzillo. He proudly served in the U.S. Army for over 30 years. His service included assignments during World War II, the Korean Conflict and Vietnam. Henry was a recipient of a Purple Heart and a Meritorious Service Award. After retiring from the Army, Henry learned several more trades. He was always a "do-it-yourself" man and a handyman extraordinaire. He was always generous with his family. Henry enjoyed commenting on political events and politicians and watching his "stories" with his wife.
