Henry Frank Prusak, Sr.

PRUSAK - Henry Frank Prusak, Sr., 91, went to be with the Lord on August 26, 2009. He was preceded in death by his wife Katherine, daughter Margaret, and parents John and Ann Prusak; he was the last of 13 children. Henry is survived by his daughters, Grace A. Horning & H. Jim of Norwalk, Ohio, Jean M. Wood and H. John of Ada, OK, Patricia G. Chismar & H. Neil of Aurora, CO, Kathy L. Rivera and H. Lawrence of Albuquerque; and sons Henry F. Prusak, Jr. and W. Eileen of Danielson, CT, David R. Prusak and wife Gigi of Moriarty, NM, 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Henry retired from Valley Gold Dairies after 26 years. He was a member of First Assemblies First Family Church for 56 years, and is currently a member of Our Lady of the Annunciation Church.
