Heraldo Tenorio

Heraldo Tenorio, age 82, passed away peacefully at his Corrales home, in the presence of his loving family, on February 19, 2018.  Heraldo was born in Corrales on June 2, 1935 to Julio and Candelaria Tenorio. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Antonia Tenorio, his four children; John, Sylvia, Viola, and Judy. Heraldo is also survived by six grandchildren; Calvin,  Ryan,  Michael, Jacob, Mercedes and Alexandria; four great grandchildren, Capri, Sofia, Andres, and Arlo; one brother, Filimon Tenorio and many dear friends.  He was a member of the San Ysidro Parish in Corrales, and he was a life-long resident of Corrales, known for being an adobe maker and a builder of custom adobe homes. He was an amazing “handy-man” who could fix almost anything.  During his retirement years, Heraldo loved to spend time at the Downs and on any given day, he could also be found pedaling his bicycle throughout Corrales. A Rosary will be recited 9 a.m. Friday, February 23, 2018 with the Mass of the Resurrection to be celebrated at 10 a.m. at San Ysidro Church,  5015 Corrales Road, Corrales, NM 87048.  Interment of the urn will follow at San Ysidro Cemetery with a reception at the San Ysidro Reception Hall immediately after the cemetery.
