Howard Douglas Boles

BOLES - Howard Douglas Boles, 65, beloved husband, father, and family man, passed away Saturday, December 6, 2008. He was born September 21, 1943 in Knox County, Tennessee to his parents, George and Grace Boles. He proudly served his country with a distinguished military career of 26 years in the U.S. Air Force, and received over 15 commendations including the Vietnam Service Medal with Silver Star. A devoted husband of 42 years, he is survived by his loving wife, Regan Boles; his children, Lisa Boles-Smith, and husband Sheldon; James Boles, and wife Jennine, and Robin Boles, and wife Kerry; a loving granddad, he is survived by eight grandchildren; he is also survived by his mother, Grace Boles, and brothers, John Boles, and wife Glenda; Ronald Boles, and Mitchell Boles, and wife Sandy. The family has expressed the desire that in lieu of flowers that donations be made in memoriam to American Cancer Society or Lovelace Cancer Center and Vista Care or to charity of your choice.
