Howard Myron Stuart

Howard Myron Stuart, "Stu" of Albuquerque, New Mexico went to be with the Lord on December 15, 2013. He was born on May 9, 1927 in St. Louis, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bertha C. Holman and John Q. Stuart; brother, Gilbert Stuart; sister, Emily Elizabeth Rankin. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Shirley Dee Stuart; daughters, Susan (Robert Padilla) Stuart, Sheri Fisher, Stephanie (Matthew) Davis; grandsons, Brandon Stuart, Jared Fisher and numerous nieces and nephews and his faithful and devoted friend, Barbara Jones. Stu served in the United States Army, Air Force and National Guard. He retired from Sandia National Laboratory and served as an usher and steward at St. Johns United Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 20, 2013 at 11 am at Daniels Family Funeral Services located at 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 with a reception to follow. We would like to give a special thank you to the staff at The Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque for their care over the years. Stu's wonderful smile will be missed by many.
