Ina was born May 17, 1929 from humble beginning as a daughter of a sharecropper. She was born in Bristow, Oklahoma, to DeRoss Lindsay and Myrtle Knox Lindsay. She was the second child of four. She passed away on July 26, 2019. Ina was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Langston University where she met the love of her life, Roy W. Webb. They were married in 1950 and moved to Albuquerque in 1951. From this union four children were born; Sandra Elaine Gray, Myrtle Luella Webb, Valerie Eliece Webb Jaramillo and Roy Allen Webb III.
Ina became a member of Phillips Chapel CME church in 1951. Over the years she held many offices in the church (Treasurer, Recording Steward, Missionary and Stewardess).  Ina worked 38 years for the City of Albuquerque and the State of New Mexico for Traffic Violations Bureau where she retired as Director, where she became the first black supervisor in the City of Albuquerque. Ina served as a substitute for Albuquerque Public Schools for 11 years after her retirement.
Ina is survived by her sister, Katherin L. Nutt; six grandchildren, William Cortez Gray, Dominique Geraldo Jaramillo, Myhisha Nadine Webb, Tremayne Allen Webb, Roy Shamar Webb, Marissa Estelle Webb; eight great grandchildren, William Jesse Gray, Jazzmine Therea Gray, Mariah Elaine Gray, Tremayne Joziah Webb, Jordisian Amber Webb, Niyah Elice Jaramillo, Jaylin A. Gray, Zuri Imani Webb; nieces, Fritzi N. Harris, Oneida Nutt, Sonia Lindsay, Demetrius Nutt, Tatiana Nutt, Brandy Harris; nephews, Leyton Lindsay and Matthew Harris and their children; sons-in-law, L.C. Gray and Allen Jaramillo. 
She was preceded in death by her parents, DeRoss and Myrtle Lindsay and her brothers, Rueben Lindsay and W. Weldon Lindsay. 
Ina was a charter member of Albuquerque Alumnae Chapter Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated where she was a member for 68 years. 
In will always be remembered as ""Big Mama"" to her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 
Visitation will be held Monday, August 5, 2019, 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm at  Strong-Thorne Chapel, 1100 Coal Ave. SE. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, 11:00 am, at Phillips Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, 1401 Edith Blvd SE.  Interment to follow at Fairview Memorial Park.
