Blea, Irene C. Age 85, passed away Saturday, April 19, 2014. Irene is survived by her husband of 65 years, Gilbert Blea; six children, Irene R. Barela and husband, Edwin, Gilbert R. Blea and wife, Kathy, Joe Blea and wife, Dorothy, Pam DeBlaay and husband, Mark, David Blea and wife, Brenda, Robert Blea and wife Ramona; 19 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Irene retired from Levi Strauss after 22 years of employment. A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at Chapel of Angels Garcia Mortuary. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Anne's Catholic Church. Pallbearers will be Andres Barela, Michael Blea, Mike Kauffman, Joe Chavez, Vince Chavez and Max Ramirez with Honorary Pallbearers Edwin Barela, Joseph Blea, Alfred Blea and Marcus DeBlaay.
