Isabelle R. Blanton

Our beloved mother Isabelle, age 82, passed away on Monday, August 15, 2011 at home with family. She was a long time resident of Albuquerque and is survived by her son Charles Blanton of Albuquerque and daughter Teri Antonio of Littleton, Colorado. She has four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren and several others she took under wing and adopted into the family. Her parents and husband Chuck Blanton preceded her in death. She moved to Albuquerque from Centerburg, Ohio where she owned a restaurant in a small farm community. After retiring from the restaurant business and moving to New Mexico her official title became "Grandma to almost everyone who knew her. She was loving and generous to both family and friends and we will remember her wonderful cooking. She was an advocate for all of the grandchildren and was there for them in so many ways. We love her and will miss her but know that she is at peace and is smiling down on us. Memorial Service will take place Saturday, August 20, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. held at Daniels Family Funeral Home, Wyoming Chapel Isabelle's care has been entrusted to:
