Jace Ryan Nathaniel Montoya

Jace Ryan Nathaniel Montoya was born on Good Friday, March 25, 2005.

He was a charismatic young man. Very loving and thoughtful person, that was always thinking of others before himself. From then on he got the nickname sweet Jace, which suited him perfectly.

Jace was an avid reader, there wasn’t a book he didn’t enjoy, but his favorite was anime. He became fascinated with the fact that he was born on Good Friday. He then researched that his birthday would not land on Good Friday again until the year 2157. He recently then took interest in cooking with his mom. He loved being in the kitchen with her while she taught him to cook. Chicken was the dish he’d soon learn how to perfect. Even better than mom. He had a best fur friend, MJ who he loved very much. A true protector until the very end. Jace always looked forward to a guys night out with Edward.

Jace is survived by his mother Sarah Montoya; stepfather Edward Diaz; maternal grandparents John and Cathy Montoya; Aunt Jessica Montoya; cousins: Nicholas Jr, Allie, Jacob, Ethan and Ruben. And many more family & close friends.

Jace was preceded in death by his uncle Nick “Buddy” Montoya and both sets of great grandparents.

Although Jace left us at a young age he was able to touch so many with his playful laugh and loving heart. He will be forever young, forever loved and forever our sweet Jace. He will be truly missed. Until we meet again.
