JACKIE L. APPLEGATE GONZALES May 30, 1955 - August 6, 2009 Jackie L. Applegate Gonzales, lover of books, was born on May 30, 1955 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She passed away August 6, 2009 from cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Josephine Applegate and daughter, Monica Gonzales. She is survived by her children, daughter, Consuelo Gonzales and son Virgil Gonzales, both of Bloomfield; also two sons from a previous marriage, Chris Montoya and Dion Montoya, both of Farmington; and six grandchildren. Jackie was a loving, caring mother, wife, aunt, sister in law, daughter in law, and friend. We were blessed with memories we will always remember. Special thanks to people of Basin Home Health and Hospice. Memorial services will be Friday, August 21, 2009 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Bloomfield. There will be a rosary at 9:30 AM. followed by a funeral mass. Father Joe Walker will conduct services. Inurnment will follow at the Catholic Cemetery.
