Guzman, Jacob M.

Age 34, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019. He was born in Albuquerque, NM on February 29, 1984.

Jacob is survived by his daughters, Christianna Guzman and Cesiley Guzman, Parents, Scott and Eileen Jordan, sisters, Crystal Guzman, Rainey Jordan, Riley Jordan and husband Ben Melendrez; brothers, Estefan Guzman, Ryan Johnson. Grandparents, Elizabeth Ortiz, Scott and Reita Jordan and Ernest and Eva Ortiz, He was preceded in death by his father, Pedro Guzman.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am on February 22, 2019 at Legacy Church, 4701 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM.  Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7999 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM with a reception to follow at Legacy Auditorium.
