James J. Dvorak

Dvorak, James J. Dvorak, James J. (Jim), age 90, loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away Friday, August 10, 2012. He is proceeded in death by his son , Richard Dvorak, and great granddaughter, Bryn Dvorak. He is survived by his wife, Gen Dvorak, sons Jim, Dave, and Bob Dvorak, and daughter Mary Foglesong. He was blessed to have 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Rosary and Memorial Service will be 6:00 pm, Monday August 13,2012, at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday August 16, 2012 at Risen Savior Catholic Church at 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Inurnment is at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Thursday, 3:00 pm August 16, 2012. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Jim's honor to The American Lung Association.
