James Robert Phillips

James Robert Phillips, age 62, passed away on June 28, 2017 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. James was born on May 22, 1954 in Elmhurst, Illinois to Marvin C. and Harriett M (Robertson) Phillips. James attended Illinois Institute of Technology and received a PH.D in Engineering. He worked at Motorola for about 20 years and later was employed by CTS for about 4 years. James enjoyed writing and old cars, he was also a part of the Triangle Fraternity. Mr. Phillips will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him dearly.
Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by both of his parents.
He is survived by his brother Steven J. Phillips; and his daughter in law, Patricia A. Phillips, both of Genoa City, WI.
In lieu of flowers donations may be given in James's honor to St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
