James "Grim" Skeets

James Lee "Grim" Skeets, age 55, passed away March 8, 2020 in Albuquerque, NM.  He was born July 15, 1964 to Emerson Skeets and Laura Benally in Chicago, Illinois.  He attended Kosciuszko School thru the 8th grade and graduated from Wells High School.  He was a Chef who loved cooking and watching Major League Baseball (CUBS).  

He was preceded in death by his mother, Laura B. Skeets; brother, Edward Skeets; sister, Irene Skeets-Colon.

James is survived by his father, Emerson Skeets, of Rio Rancho, NM; brothers, Samuel Skeets, Roy Skeets, Andrew Skeets; sisters, Marie Fogell, Laurien Skeets, and Martha Skeets Landin; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and special pet dogs, M.J. and Loki.

Open visitation will be Friday, March 13, 2020, 11:00 AM, Daniels Family Funeral Services - Sara Road, 4310 Sara Rd. SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124.  Service to follow at 12:00PM.
