Age 84, passed away Monday, June 12, 2017. Jan was born in Cambridge, MA on August 6, 1932, to John Ernest Gwilliam and Mary Christine Gwilliam. She was preceded in death by both her parents. Janice is survived by her husband of 62 years, Edward R. Cotton of Rio Rancho, NM; brother J. Curtis Gwilliam and wife Nancy of Lansing, NY; son William R. Cotton and wife Jean of Exeter, RI; daughter Carolyn C. Santangelo and husband Nicholas of Brooklyn, NY; Daughter Susan C. Salazar and husband Stanley of Albuquerque, NM; grandchildren, Nicholas, Christopher & Aurora Santangelo; Haley Cotton & Megan Salazar. Jan, enjoyed sewing, cross stitching, crafting, & square dancing, where she danced with the Rio Ramblers Square Dancers. She was also a member to the Rio Rancho United Methodist Church.
