Jason Paul Padilla Jr.

Jason Padilla Junior age 16, of Rio, Rancho, New Mexico, tragically passed away on May 19, 2024.  Jason was born on June 20th, 2007.
 
 Jason was a member of St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church. He attended Rio Rancho H.S and was planning on going to New Mexico Tech University. Jason loved music, gaming and his dog Oreo. Jason was a born leader, fun loving silly individual. He was the life of the party. Jason was actively involved in track and cross country at RRHS, with plans to return to wrestling after spending many years as a junior wrestler.  He recently found his love for  boxing and started training at Kicking Cats Sigalas. It became his passion.
 
 He is survived by his father, Jason Padilla Senior , mother, Theresa Padilla, brother, Josiah, and sister, Juliette.  He is also survived by his grandmother Nellie Griego. Grandmother Darla Romero and husband Mario Romero.
 Grandfather Michael Trujillo and wife Dianna. Grandfather William Hinojos.  Uncles Joe Padilla and wife Consuelo Padilla, Antonio Padilla, Francisco Padilla, Jude Padilla, Michael Trujillo and Brandon Lawrence. Cousins Joseph and Esperanza
 Padilla.
 
 Please join us to honor Jason with a celebration of his life.
 
Memorial services will be held on Saturday June 1st 2024, at St. Jude, with Daniels Funeral Home assisting with the arrangements. 
Services at St. Judes Thaddeus Catholic Church

Viewing 8:45 followed by the 
rosary at 9:30 and 
mass at 10:15.  
Burial at 12pm,  Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Bivd NE
 
 Pallbearers will be Michael Trujillo, Jude Padilla, Brandon Lawrence, Adrian Dodrill, Joshua Dodrill, Josiah Padilla
 
 His wings were ready, our hearts were not.
 
 Jason will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him!
