Jean (Dorothy) Lawyer

Lawyer, Jean (Dorothy) Age 88, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 16, 2014. She was born on October 28, 1925, in Mulhall, OK and she moved to Albuquerque in 1960. Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond (Ray) in 1986, and her daughter, Connie in 2008. She is survived by her son, Rick Lawyer (Ron), of Waikoloa, HI; daughters, Judy Morgan (Jim), and Jan Lucero (Larry), son-in-law, Michael Jordan (Connie's husband); all of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Shawn Jordan (Shannon) of Torrance, CA, Shannon Hernandez (Ray), Jason Morgan, Kaitlyn Lawyer, Jonathan Lucero, Jason Lucero, Joshua Lucero, and Jillian Lucero, all of Albuquerque; great-grandchildren, Sarah and Drew Ragle, of Torrance, CA, Shelby Chavez, Christopher Chavez, Jr., Amalia Hernandez, Joshua Hernandez, and Brian Lucero, all of Albuquerque; sisters, Margie Anthis, Gail Spillers (Tom), and Sharron Wamsley (Jerry), all of Guthrie, OK; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jean enjoyed special times with her family, reading, solving puzzles, and traveling around New Mexico. She will be forever missed by those who loved her. Services will be held at 9:30 am on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM. Burial will follow at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM.
