HIGGINS - Jeanenne (Jean) P. Higgins, 68, of Albuquerque, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2009 in Albuquerque. She was born January 5, 1941 in Albuquerque to Ernest and Audrey Myers. She was employed by A.P.S. cafeteria services for 38 years before retiring 4 years ago. She was preceded in death by her son, Daniel Lee and her parents. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Tom Higgins; son, Johnny Ray Higgins and wife, Terri of Albuquerque, Bradley Dale Higgins and wife, Staci of Chico, TX; daughter, Susan Lorraine Deflitch and husband, Don of Veguita, NM; sister, Peggy Myers of Albuquerque; brothers, Richard Myers of Los Lunas, Steve Myers and wife, Deanie of Albuquerque, Mike Myers and wife, Sophia of Albuquerque; 16 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers are Dwayne and Kevin Scovill, Thomas Higgins, Chad Burcham, Darrion Riggs, Bailey Pittman, Jamie Hutchens and Cory Walker. Honorary Pallbearers will be Richard, Steve and Mike Myers.
