Jennie O. Ortega

Jennie O. Ortega Loving mother, grandmother and friend went home to be with our Lord and Savior Friday, June 7, 2013 at the age of 94. She was born in Olivet, Kansas. Jennie adored her family and loved spending time with them. She is preceded in death by her Husband Medardo Ortega, daughter Matilde and four grandchildren. Jennie is survived by four children Rose Weatherly and husband Johnny, Augustine Castillo, Regino Castillo and Dolores Baca and husband Roberto; 15 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren and numerous relatives and friends. A Visitation will take place at Garcia Mortuary ~ Chapel of Angels, 717 Stover Ave. SW, Thursday, June 13, 2013 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm followed by a funeral service at 12:00 pm also at Garcia Mortuary. Pallbearers will be Reggie Castillo III, Chucky Castillo, Johnny Weatherly Jr., Bobby Baca Jr., Tony Castillo, and Alex Romero. Jennie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
