Jeremiah Cabral-Canales

Jeremiah Gael Cabral-Canales passed away on September 20, 2022. He was born in Albuquerque on August 27, 2022, to Destiny Garcia and Leonardo Cabral Canales. He was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Erlinda Thema Montaño. He is survived by his parents, brother, Liam Cabral-Canales, great grandfather, Bernie Junior Montaño and his grandmothers, Dezaray Sanchez and Gloria Canales as well as many other loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and family members.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022, at 10:00 AM at the Daniels Family Carlisle Chapel, 3113 Carlisle Blvd NE. A Burial will follow at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale Blvd SE.

A private family Reception will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, September 30, 2022.
