Jeri L. Schumacher

Schumacher, Jeri Yates Albuquerque resident since 1979, lost her battle with cancer on February 18, 2013. Jeri was a life long artist with multiple talents. She retired from JC Penney�s in Rio Rancho and she lived life as she did everything with a passion and fire that many grew to love. She is preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Elinor Yates. She is survived by her husband Gary, of 46 years; her three daughters: Leanna (Ron) of Utah; Karen (Richard) of Tennessee; Teresa (John) of Albuquerque. She leaves behind her sisters Barbara, Shirley, and Leatrice of Arkansas, and Susan of Washington; two brothers Thomas Jr. of Arkansas and Leonard of California; three grandchildren: Connor U.S. Navy; Aislinn and Ethan of Albuquerque; Aunt Carol and Uncle Joe of Michigan; Aunt Georgie of Louisiana; numerous nieces and nephews and cousins across the country. In lieu of flowers please donate to the American Cancer Society or to any cancer research organization of your choice. Memorial Services for Jeri will take place at a later date.
