Jerome Denny James

James died Feb. 20, 2011, in Phoenix. He was born July 12, 1966, in Ganado, Arizona. James was born into the Towering House People Clan and he was born for the Honey Comb Rock People Clan. James liked to go fishing, camping, traveling, working on cars, spending time with family and friends, playing sports, driving around and listening to his favorite music. Survivors include his sons, Jerome Junior James of Houck, Kraig Murphy of Querino; daughters, Candace James, Natasha James, Derlinda James, all of Houck, Sheena James, Brianna James, both of Lupton, Mariah J. Murphy, Marsha James, both of Querino; parents, Mamie Gruber, Paulson James; brothers, Benny James of Kirk, Colo., Randy James of Sanders; sister, Laura Bahe of Tennessee; one grandchild. James was preceded in death by his grandparents, Francis and Alice Luz, Florence and Robertson James Sr.; sister, Elvera Yazzie. Pallbearers will be Natasha James, Jerome James, Candace James, Perlinda James, Cherripha Dejolie, Darrell Begay.
