Jerry R. Cagle

Cagle, Jerry R. Jerry Ray Cagle, 72, of Rio Rancho, formerly from Canjilon and Bloomfield, NM, peacefully entered into eternal rest on the evening of April, 6, 2013. Jerry was born in Blooming Grove, TX on March 31, 1941. He treasured time spent with his family, boating, fishing, camping, riding his bike and spoiling his youngest granddaughter Jerika, �Sugar-Pie�. He will be lovingly remembered by family and friends. Jerry was preceded in death by his wife, Penny Cagle, father Sterling Cagle, mother Cleta Green, step parents; Pete and Bessie Green, and brother; Johnny Green. He is survived by brothers; Fred and wife Dolores Green, Barron Cagle and family, Pat Cagle and family, mother of his children; Donna Cagle, sister-in-law; Judy Newcom, daughter Cheryl, daughter Mary and husband Jose Sanchez, son Cody and wife Michelle Cagle, nine grandchildren; Adolfo, Fermin and wife Dena, Robert, Geremy and wife Ashley, Darcel, Anthony, Codyjo, Shelby, and Jerika: great grandsons; Justin and Leandro; and expected great granddaughter Timbree. Serving as pallbearers are: Adolfo Maes, Robert Richey, Jeremy Richey, Anthony Maes, Codyjo Cagle, and Shelby Cagle. Honorary pallbearers are: Fermin Maes, Darcel Maes, and Jerika Maes. May he rest in peace. Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Friday, April 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Daniels Family Funeral Home in Rio Rancho. Burial followed at the Vista Verde Memorial Cemetery in Rio Rancho. A Reception will follow at the VFW Post #5890, 76 Unser Blvd, Rio Rancho, NM.
