Chavez, Jesse Ignacio

Jesse Chavez, age 38, from Albuquerque, NM, passed away on the morning of July 9, 2020.

Jesse was born to Jesse Chavez and Rita Saiz in Albuquerque, NM on September 29, 1981. He was always very ambitious and could accomplish anything he put his mind to. He pursued his education and followed his dreams. Much of his time was devoted to his family and friends; filling the room with laughter and love. He cherished his children, Jesse and Ashley, more than life itself. His hobbies included listening to music, cruising, and collecting Jordan’s.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Chavez; paternal grandparents, Gabe and Nellie Chavez and uncle, Gabriel Chavez.

Jesse is survived by his children, Jesse and Ashley Chavez; sister and brother-in-law Daisy and Rogelio Robles; mother, Rita Saiz; grandmother, Theresa Saiz; aunt, Elizabeth Dunning; nephew, Rogelio Robles and niece, Suyai Robles.

Jesse will be greatly missed by family, friends and everyone that knew him.

A Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Monday, July 20, 2020 in the chapel at Daniel’s Family Funeral Services, 3113 Carlisle Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110. Burial services will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM, 87102
