Joe J. Garcia

Garcia, Joe Jimmy Memory of our loving Daddy, Joe Garcia a hardworking and caring man who loved life; he loved music, dancing, laughing, joking, spending time with family and friends, enjoyed fishing and loved chili dogs from Bob's Burgers. Joe worked and retired from the City of Albuquerque and worked as a fencer and roofer. He spent his last years as a Deacon at the Catholic Church St. Peter's in Springer Ville Arizona. Joe was a strong man and proved it during his last days fighting cancer; his toughest battle, although he had a battle he worried more about his girls each day by telling them that he was ok and making them laugh. His smile was big that could light up a room and his heart even bigger. Joe leaves behind three daughters, Brenda Barela and husband, Robert Barela; grandchildren, Erica, Krista, and Jeremy; daughter, Marla Candelaria and husband Glen Candelaria; grandchildren, Angelina, Selena, and Deandra; daughter, Regina Garcia and husband Larry Belanger; grandchildren, Elsie, Jesse, Ramon, Natalia, Lawrence, and Kevin; nephew, who was a son to him, Alex Garcia; son, Santiago (Joey) Garcia; and his special brother, Steve Garcia who he kept close to his heart. We will miss you more than words can say. We love you daddy and thank you for loving us, we will remember you each day. Our last days with you was a gift. The love and closeness we shared was amazing and it will be cherished in our hearts forever.You promised us snow on your last day and it was granted now we can have that gift forever, every time it snows we will remember.
