John C. Barlow

John Charles Barlow, loving dad, died on January 21, 2016 surrounded by family. John was born on March 7, 1956 in Fargo, North Dakota, and raised in Miles City, Montana.  After graduation from high school he received a congressional appointment to West Point, but chose an ROTC scholarship to Vanderbilt University where he graduated with a degree in Molecular Biology.  He accepted his commission in the army where he served for 14 years retiring as a Major.

John is survived by his two wonderful children, Meredith Barlow-Kisser, M.D., and Scott Barlow, who loved their dad very much and will miss him dearly.

A memorial service will be performed at Daniels Family Funeral Services at 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 6:00 pm. He will be buried at Santa Fe National Cemetery on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 12:45 pm.
