John Louis Chenoweth, 54, a long time resident of Albuquerque, NM passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2011 from brain cancer. John is survived by his wife, Barbara; children, Joanna and Zachary; siblings, Paul Chenoweth, Barbara Anderson, both of Albuquerque, Helen Nielsen (John) of Palm Desert, CA and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Mildred. John was a graduate of Sandia High and UNM. He worked as a subcontractor at Intel and Kirkland AFB, and part time at Abajo Depot and Trains West. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2011 at 1:00 pm, at Covenant United Methodist Church , 8510 Wyoming Blvd NE. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in John's honor to The New Mexico Cancer Foundation.
