John C. Di Sciorio

Di SCIORIO_John C. Di Sciorio, 76, a resident of Rio Rancho for the past 25 years, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2009. John was born September 22, 1932 the son of John and Lucy Raggazzino Di Sciorio in Yonkers, New York. He retired from the Yonkers New York Police Department as a Detective, before moving to New Mexico and then worked as the Director of Security for American Furniture in Albuquerque before retiring. He was a former member of Blue Knights of Rio Rancho and Albuquerque; former member of the Star Motorcycle Club of Rio Rancho; and a member of the Rio Rancho Stamp Club. John is survived by his wife of 25 years, Margaret Di Sciorio of Rio Rancho; children, Lisa Joyce and husband Rick of Rio Rancho, Chris Davidson and wife Maria of Rio Rancho, John Di Sciorio and wife Kathy of New York, and James Di Sciorio and wife Maureen of New York; ten grandchildren; two sisters, Grace Fanelli of Rio Rancho, NM and Marion Miozzi of New York; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one son, Anthony Di Sciorio; two brothers, Frank Di Sciorio and Joseph Di Sciorio; and two brothers-in-law, Joseph Fanelli and Michael Miozzi.
