He was retired from the New Mexico State Highway and Transportation Department, Labors Union; he also worked for Carbon Coal Company. His hobbies include spending time with his Mother, Daughters, and Granddaughter. Survivors include his Mother, Lillian Leyba of Gallup. Daughters; Jacqueline Leyba and her partner Liz Carrillo, Jovita Sandoval, and her husband Daniel. Granddaughter; Jade Sandoval. Godson; Mark Griego all of Albuquerque Brother; Louie Leyba and his wife Dorothy of Gallup. Sisters; Rita Leyba, Debbie Soto and her husband Robert Sr. all of Gallup, Maria "Tody" Rios and her husband Pablo Sr. of Lovington. Honorary daughters; Madeline Torrez, Millie Yazzie, and Roberta Garcia. And numerous nephews and nieces. He was preceded in Death by his wife Beatrice Leyba. Father; Manuel Leyba. Brothers; David Leyba, and Anthony Leyba. Sister; Charlotte Leyba.
