Jolene M Gutierrez

Gutierrez, Jolene M. 36, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 25, 2013. She was born in Socorro, NM on March 10, 1976 to Joe R. and Irene M. (Savedra) Turrietta. Jolene was a lifelong resident of Socorro. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She always put others needs before her own. She worked at Socorro Mental Health for a brief time and really enjoyed it, she loved helping kids. Jolene enjoyed listening to country music and even loved to sing along. She loved to travel. Jolene was an avid hunter, and loved being with her family on the many hunting trips. Above all Jolene, loved and adored all of her family. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Florencio and Ascencion Turrietta; and her beloved brother, "JR" James Turrietta. Jolene is survived by her loving parents; her devoted husband of 22 years, Daniel Gutierrez; her loving children, Desiree Aishia, JoDaniel Florencio "Buddy", and Devon Pablo; her brother, Adam Turrietta; and many other loving family members and close friends. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 1, 2013 at 10:00 am at the Potter's House, 1203 Frontage Road NW, Socorro with Pastor Orlando Armijo officiating. Interment will follow in the Socorro Cemetery. Pallbearers are her loving children, Desiree, JoDaniel, and Devon, and Ramon Gutierrez, Javier Gutierrez, Robert Armijo, Richard Armijo, Josh Turrietta, Johnny Chavez, and Danny Bunuelos.
