Torres, Jonathan Patrick 
Jonathan Patrick Torres, age 21, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2019 in Magdalena, New Mexico. He was born August 10, 1997 in Socorro, NM to Victoria Torres.  Jon was a junior at New Mexico State University and would have graduated in December 2019 with an Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology. Jon enjoyed the outdoors and outdoor sports; especially fishing. He was very outgoing and enjoyed playing his guitar and spending time with his family and friends. Jon is survived by his mother; step-father, Zee Hobbs; brothers, Richard and Brandon Hobbs; sister, Abby Hobbs; grandparents, Jimmy and Darlene Sanchez; his aunt Amanda Sanchez and uncle Zebulin Esquivel; uncle Bobby Sanchez; cousins, Daniel and Sophia Haggenmiller; girlfriend, Soledad Lopez; and many other loving family members and friends. Service will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2019, 10:00 am, at Magdalena Baptist Church, Kelly Road, Magdalena, New Mexico. Inurnment will take place at a later date. Honorary Pallbearers are Richard  Hobbs, Brandon  Hobbs, Abby Hobbs, Daniel Haggenmiller, Jeremiah Torres, Jonathan (Spike) D' Amore, Matt Martinez, Zebulin Esquivel, Jayden Jaramillo, Alex Torres, and Ronnie Torres.
