Jose E. Lacerda

Lacerda, Jose E. Age 86, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2013. He was born in Horton, Portugal on April 6, 1927, to Antonio and Laura Lacerda. Jose is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Beatriz Lacerda; children Antonio E. Lacerda and wife Hillary, Carlos A. Lacerda and wife Florence, Joe Lacerda and wife Aurora; grandchildren Thomas Lacerda, Andy Lacerda, Brit Marie Lacerda, Michelle Elyse Lacerda, Christopher Lacerda, Tanya Lacerda; brother Antonio Lacerda and many extended family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him. Visitation will take place Sunday, September 15, 2013, from 6:00 pm-6:30 pm at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Southern Chapel, 2400 Southern Blvd, Rio Rancho with the rosary to be recited at 6:30 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, September 16, 2013, at 10:30 am at St. John Vianney Mission, 1000 26th Ave NE, Rio Rancho. Celebrant Mgsr. Anthony Bolman. Burial will take place at following service at Vista Verde Memorial Park, 4310 Sara Rd. SE, Rio Rancho. Pallbearers will be Carlos Lacerda, Antonio Lacerda, Joe Lacerda and Christopher Lacerda.
