Jose Andres Martinez
February 25, 1922 — May 16, 2019
Jose A. Martinez went to be with the Lord on May 16, 2019, at the age of 97. He was born on February 25, 1922 in la Villita, NM., to Daniel and Flora Martinez.
He is survived by his three children, Mary Grace and husband Manuel Jimenez, Danny and wife Louise Martinez, Richard Martinez; seven grandchildren; ten great- grandchildren; several nephews and nieces.
Jose enjoyed going to church and spending time with his family. He was a World War II Army Veteran as a CPL from 1944 to 1946. Jose will be greatly missed by who knew and loved him.
Visitations will take place on May 28, 2019 - 6:00PM with a Rosary to follow at Church of Incarnation, 2309 Monterrey Rd NE, Rio Rancho, NM.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on May 29, 2019 - 10:30PM, at The Church of Incarnation, 2309 Monterrey Rd NE, Rio Rancho, NM.
Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, NM.
